PLYOMETRIC EXERCISES

Below are some of the plyometric exercises I use in my training programmes:

EXERCISE           BRIEF DESCRIPTION

EXERCISE 1                      Low to Higher Drill using several platforms of differing heights

EXERCISE 2                      Platform Sequence using strategically placed platforms

EXERCISE 3                      As for Exercise 2 but different platform placings

EXERCISE 4                      Continuous sideways jumps over a platform

EXERCISE 5                      Alternating Push Offs

EXERCISE 6                      Hurdle Jumps over 4-8 hurdles

EXERCISE 7                      Drop down rebounds from floor and over hurdles [1]

EXERCISE 8                      Drop down rebounds over hurdle [2]

EXERCISE 9                      Repetitive bounding and Jumps Up to platform

EXERCISE 10                  Standing long jump to jump up to high platform
